Our guarantee: We guarantee our merchandise to be free of defects, and will accept any defective item for exchange.

Within 30 days of original purchase: Kennedy Gallery gladly accepts returns of unframed prints for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

After 30 days of original purchase: Kennedy Gallery will gladly make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt) for unframed prints.

Custom Framed and Final Sale items may not be returned and only exchanged if defective.

All in-store refunds and exchanges require a government-issued photo ID.



A check will be sent for all returns on items purchased with a personal check. Please allow at least 14 business days for mail check to arrive.
